After finally getting my hands on the Criterion edition of JULES AND JIM, I have become completely obsessed with the movie in particular and Francois Truffaut in general. I saw JULES AND JIM back in film school when I saw most of the other French New Wave films for the first time. But I think I was just too young and immature at the time to really sink my teeth into it. Now it has completely ensnared me. The Criterion Edition is a really good package which includes a book with several essays Truffaut wrote back in the 60′s. Highly recommended.
