Pre-production on THE SPIDER BABIES is rapidly gearing up. There is a lot that needs to be done. With that in mind, we will be adding a few interns to assist here in Austin. If you’re not totally incompetent, you will be probably be offered a paid position during production. Pre-production tasks will include:
- Overall logistics and communication
- Script Breakdown and Scheduling
- Publicity stunts
- Internet video: behind the scenes + additional content (begin airing January)
- Press requests
Some of the work will need to happen at our studio in East Austin, but a lot of it can be done anywhere you have access to a computer and a phone. There will be one production meeting per week that will be essential. These will start with a handful of people but will eventually grow to include cast and leads from the production design, stunts and effects teams.
